"They’ve had my vehicle for 3 months because their employee didn’t know to order the VIN specific parts. The incompetent staff couldn’t fix the majority of the truck, so they had to send it to numerous other shops for assistance such as St Lucie Battery & Tire, Midas and even sent it to Arrigo Ram dealership. I get it back today and discover rust in multiple areas. There is absolutely no quality control."

When I went to pick up the car there was a little issue with the paint that I found. without any questions or blame, Andre took the car back to the shop and assured me that it would be fixed.
