"I stopped by this store last week to ship a very fragile lamp and large picture back to Colorado. Joe An was so helpful, wanted to wait until Monday to ship the lamp when more packing material came in, which was fine. I still would have made a bet that the lamp got damaged during transit. But OMG! I received the two boxes yesterday (ground, sent Monday from FL and delivered Thursday to CO) and these guys know how to pack boxes! Everything came in perfect condition and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. Thanks for taking care of my Grandma's lamp! It means the world to me."

Everyone was so friendly and efficient and I was able to get my package out within minutes! There were lots of people there at the time and we were all being seen to promptly and courteously.
