"The first couple of times it was awesome I have no problem with the cashiers or the assistant manager by the way this is the manager Britney was awesome I really like her but our Fair passed away recently and it happened really quickly and I feel like I was treated on Fair on the situation because the information that she gave me was she told me that I should have called the store first when it happened and it happened really quickly like we send them to our veterinarian he ended up passing away in Tony's arms that's our doctor but I did call Wednesday because we were grieving we were kind of hoping that he would make it through and the person that I talked to said sure we can return him or her or you can get your refund so I went to the store and then they told me that the manager was not in and I can come back and I did and then the other cashier's like I don't know how to do this and then they would get their assistant manager just to be overheard that I had to call them first when it happened but she did Apologize at saying she is sorry that it happened because she was really close to our fur baby too but I don't think I'm not going to be there back anytime soon."
