"Very nice staff, the deal included an adjustable base however for the price I would have also liked free pillows. I purchased 2 very expensive mattresses the option was either or so I gave my mom the base and pillows which meant I have no base and no pillow. Not the employees fault but your employees should have the autonomy of making a decision to satisfy a customer who made a purchase of $10,500.00. The satisfaction out ways the $400.00 loss."
