"The staff are the best! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and the shop has a very clean, comfortable atmosphere. Eli was wonderful in explaining everything in detail-even showing me the bad tire I had while it was on the lift! I had to make a 17 hour drive back home THAT day, and they got everything delivered quickly to the shop (including a certain type of oil, oil filter, and 4 specific tires), and made sure my ride was safe and ready to go back on the road in a few hours. They’re extremely efficient and my car drives beautifully now, and they even told me what to ask my mechanic back home to do for maintenance of my car. Absolutely fantastic place for your vehicle, I highly recommend them!"

"I had a terrible experience. I was recently having car trouble and had to take my car in to honest-1 auto to see what was up. They charged me $2600 dollars to “fix” the issue. They also told me my fuel pump was bad, a fuel sensor was bad and I needed to replace my exhaust manifold. as soon as I picked my car up the next day from them, it still had the same exact issues it did before hand meaning whatever they supposedly did wasn’t the issue. I immediately drove back to ask them what was up and they didn’t seem to know. After finally getting back home (3 hours away from Orlando) I took it to my trusted mechanic to go over what they supposedly did and he was appalled to see I was charged $2600 dollars. My fuel pump does not need to be replaced nor does my exhaust manifold. They were simply trying to get me to spend more money. I’m livid I spent $2600 dollars for no reason. Don’t go here."

"I recently visited Honest-1 Auto Care for some much-needed car maintenance, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. While I appreciate the fast and friendly service I received during my visit, I can't help but feel that the cost of the services was quite high. Overall, I give Honest-1 Auto Care a 3-star rating based on my experience. On the positive side, I was impressed with the speed and quality of the work that was done on my car. The team at Honest-1 Auto Care replaced my front brake rotors and cleaned my fuel injectors with great efficiency, and I felt that the quality of the work was good. The staff were also friendly and professional, and I appreciated their willingness to answer my questions and provide additional information about the work they were doing. However, when I checked out, I was shocked to receive a $180 quote to replace a wheel stud. This was significantly higher than I had expected, and it made me realize that the overall cost of the services provided was much higher than what I would typically pay at the local family-owned shops I usually go to. I felt that the total cost of over $700 for the work done was overpriced, especially compared to what I've paid for similar services at other shops. In conclusion, while I appreciate the speed and friendliness of the staff at Honest-1 Auto Care, I would caution others to be aware of the potentially high costs associated with their services. If you're looking for a more affordable option, I would recommend checking out a family-owned shop like The Master in Kissimmee, which may be able to provide similar services at a more reasonable price."
