"I brought my car into this shop on November 6th, hadn't done a review because I hadn't had any time. I brought my bmw in for noise in the motor. First, when I called to set up an appointment, he was very rudeand claimed the girl that worked there was out sick and he was doing everything. Okay, still doesn't give you the right to be rude to a potential customer. I overlooked it, maybe he was having a bad day. Took the car in, he called me about 30 minutes after I dropped it off and said one of the hoses was leaking coolant and he wouldn't even diagnose the motor until he fixed the hose. I was already running late for work after dropping off the car, so clearly I was not going to go back and pick up the car to take it somewhere else, so naturally I agreed since he clearly gave me no choice. He replaced it, and also charged me for a gallon of coolant, then he called me amd asked me a bunch of questions about the car, and then said based on my answers and the fact that the car overheated it wasn't worth fixing, I should either go to carmax or sell it to someone else because it wasn't going to last much longer. I asked him could he rebuild the engine, he said he didn't have the man power and if anything he could find me a used engine and he would put it in. I went to pick up my car and paid a total of $516.59 and absolutely nothing had been fixed on my car outside of hose being replaced. Then his assistant calls me the next day and tells me it will be $10,000 dollars to put in the used motor. He could have come to that conclusion without changing out the hose which did absolutely nothing to fix my car. He charged me $188 for labor, $59.88 for the hose, $32 for a gallon of coolant, $173 for a diagnostic that consisted of him asking me questions, $13.58 for shop sub, $30 taxes, for a total of $496.77, then charged me a fee for paying with a card for a total of $516.59. I would give a zero rating if I could. Will never get my business again, I should have taken a hint when I called and he was rude, but hey, you live and you learn, never again, he is dishonest and a crook, take your car somewhere else and don't get ripped off. Response to owner: exactly, thank you for proving my point! You brag about being the best mechanic in town, and again you just stated all the issues the car had, you knew it wasn't good before you even worked on it, yet you still made me pay to replace the hose, and again what diagnosis did you give me? you couldn't even tell me what specifically was wrong with it, you just told me it wasn't going to last much longer, to get rid of it. SO again, best mechanic in town is laughable, more like biggest liar and scammer in town! You say whatever you want to make yourself feel better, at the end of the day what you do to others comes back to you, your day is coming. Just like a narcissist, you will never admit that you are wrong and instead after you rip off the customer, you will come back and call them dishonest, which in truth is who you really are. Again, you reap what you sow, I can say with all confidence that my review is the truth, you on the other hand keep lying to cover your butt, but in the end what you do to others will come back to you, wish you the best, not wasting my time arguing with a narcissist and a liar."

"For years I have searched high and low for a good, reliable and HONEST mechanic. I love this place so much it makes me never want to get a domestic vehicle just so I can continue to go here. I have a 2011 mini cooper which I love a lot but it has given me its fair share of issues, Foregin Auto has taken care of every problem I have encountered with accuracy and promptness. I will continue to recommend this shop to anyone I know."

"Laughable Professionalism, scammed me out of $2000+. Had them inspect my vehicle and they diagnosed an electrical/exhaust problem. Took them over a week to fix, came back, drove it off the lot, broke down and had to get towed 2 MINUTES later. Tried to explain what happened to the rude owner, but he said there was nothing they could do, already paid for parts etc. Won’t be surprised if they reply in denial or call me a liar. If yup want a proper diagnosis to FIX your car, stay away. This place is a joke, and I would have considered legal action if they hadn’t stolen most of what I had at the time."

Mary is a pleasure to work with, and Tim is an expert mechanic who has always taken the time to explain both his diagnosis and the options for repair. Recently, Tim went WAY above and beyond, and put in a lot of effort to hunt down a part for me that literally saved me a couple thousand dollars.
