"Contracted with John in April of 2021 to replace some windows. He required a deposit of $800. It is now August of 2022 (1 year and 4 months) and he has neither done any work or returned the deposit. I was told about some of his hardships, but now it has been over a year and he is making no effort to return our money. I would not recommend using this company."
"John and his colleagues installed frosted privacy tint on our bathroom windows. Removed a bathroom mirror, and transformed a 4x8 wall mirror into two stand up mirrors and a new vanity mirror for us. The communication, work and timeliness was all spot on. Thanks John!"
"Approximately one year ago, we gave John a 50% down deposit to replace and tint several windows in our house. He has not done any of the work and gave many excuses for many months about why he could not do the work. Now, he does not contact us at all. He has lied repeatedly to us and has violated the contract that was created when we gave him the deposit. I do not recommend him in any way. I recommend that you check his BBB rating and public court history before hiring him."
"John applied etched glass film on several windows and doors in our house. Some of the doors had particular problems, and John was amazingly professional and considerate with us trying to solve a problem he did not create. He offered to come back twice to make it as good as it could be done, never once complaining. All he wanted was for us to be satisfied. A rare thing these days, especially when everyone seems busier and operating under more difficult circumstances. A real gentlemen and professional. I highly recommend John. Thank you John."
