"AVOID THIS BUSINESS! Car went in for brake work and was given quote. At pick-up, they tried to overcharge by $50. Started car and two warning lights came on. Whoever moved car from shop to parking didn’t bother to notice. Returned and was told a sensor was broken (wasn’t broken when we dropped off). Was given quote to repair sensor (which they broke) and had to leave it an extra day and make another trip to pick up. Tried to overcharge by $19. NEVER GOING BACK!"

"2 weeks ago I gave RPM 5 stars everyone was wonderful and my car was back up and running. Unfortunately my car ended up breaking down again with a similar issue and they are saying they didn’t touch my high pressure fuel pump but there is no way anyone else could have touched it and they replaced my fuel line. I was told by another professional they definitely had to have touch my high pressure fuel pump. Now I’m looking at 2-3k repairs at another shop because nobody wants to take responsibility. So disappointed everyone was really nice there now I have to bite the bullet of a 2-3k repair, I have no car to get to work and I have no clue how I’m gonna pay this bill. What I thought would be a blessing for me finding RPM turned into a nightmare."

"I made an appointment for an oil change. It did take me a couple of times to get through on the phone as no one answered. But once I arrived for my appointment everyone was super helpful and courteous. The oil change took maybe 30 minutes, they never once tried to sell me all this other stuff. And even gave me a coupon for my service! I will definitely be back for my next service!"
