"Very bad misrepresentation of shipping process and home delivery ! I ordered an item with a 5-8 day home delivery and on day 9 I called to find out that the item had just been released to distribution and that I would get the shipping information in the next few days….. I explained that I was leaving the country in three days and wanted to cancel the order and was told it was too late in the process. I was told I could contact FedEx and I explained again that I was leaving the country and will be unable to do so. I guess my item is it outside my door for two weeks until I return. Thanks for nothing Kirkland.! I am certainly one customer that will never return."
