"So far, quite disappointed in the time to get Recalls, TSBs, and failed parts replaced. Has been over a month, of which the first 9 days was without a rental. My daughter was in town for Christmas from Colorado. She was down last year when I had my truck in the shop at a different dealer. She never saw my new vehicle. So this year Sawgrass Ford has my truck at this time of year and I drove over to the lot to show her my truck. The pictures attached are what I noticed that the frame around my tag has been bent. Not a big deal but I did pay twenty bucks for that frame. Also I noticed that they cleaned my steering wheel with some solvent of some sort and which has faded the steering wheel and airbag cover, which I will take up with them when I am told my truck is ready for pick up. I will revise this review once they have had an opportunity to respond to my dissatisfaction when I pick up my truck. I hope to be able to pick up my truck soon. ** UPDATE: Sawgrass Ford offered to buy new plate frame, but I asked them to try to bend back to shape first, which they did and now it works. They also offered to replace the airbag cover on the steering g wheel. I declined and I will tell you why...I think that since I was in the rental that was provided that had a pitch black interior I was more sensitive when I got into my truck and saw that my covers are not the same color black. In fairness I think the discoloration shows up more on the camera than it does to the visible eye and since my vehicle is already over a year old, I thought it was not fair of me to have that replaced. I think perhaps the coloration is just natural fade. For the record I never put any solvents or cleaners on my Dash or any of the parts on my interior only wet soft paper towel. I do feel though however three stars is warranted because not all the TDBs appeared to be completed and now I still have recalls open and they were unable to fix the intermittent cruise control and collision assist errors. They continue to happen to this day."

"I have had extensive experience with these guys.Staff is very friendly. Where I have my issues is that I have had over 5k of work done to my 2016 ford edge for a clicking sound in the front right drive train. They have replaced pretty much everything that was there including the power steering rack but the noise is still there. They cant seem to get it right all while this is costing TONS of money to fix they keep making excuses.I actually did the research to figure out it my be the power steering rack. That was something they should have mentioned to me. I was told by the shop foreman that they would look to see if there were faulty parts and they would call me back to discuss. This was months ago. Experienced mechanics could isolate a problem and fix that problem but they keep throwing money at it hoping it worked. I then reached out to the service manager as well as the owners son (Drake) who is a manager there. They ignore my calls and never return the ones they say they will. I feel at this point they should fix the clicking sound on their dime since I have spent thousands thinking it was fixed. People confirm that what they are fixing is the problem."
