"Not one to answer cold calls but when I received one from Florida Regional Insurance I decided to give them the time of day. They immediately started off by asking if I was interested in saving on my home and auto insurance and as any normal person would react, I told them yes. Normally when things sound too good to be true I would hang up but I gave the agent, Kyle Proctor, the chance to explain. After a few minutes of conversation, i was hooked. From the very first phone call I got the impression that customer service was a number one priority for this group and since that day i have not been disappointed. Besides getting my rates lowered, if i ever have an issue or I need some questions answered I know the agent will be there to answer my phone call and help me with whats needed. Highly recommended."

"I had the worst experience with this company. My entire family (parents and sister) switched to this agency for our insurance with the lure of lower premiums on our insurance. What resulted was all of us with higher premiums and horrible horrible customer service. Mike Juarez was the worst agent I have ever dealt with. He would not respond to emails in a timely manner and when I asked for changes to my policy, I would have to email a manager to even a get reply from him. I would never recommend this company to anyone."
