"We are very satisfied with the service we received. The staff was courteous and helpful, and they assisted us a lot. We purchased a bed four years ago. As we are aging, our body is changing. We visited the store to see if we could adjust or change the brand, but Mary was very patient with us. She helped us test our sleep number again and compare it with our first visit. She suggested new numbers and explained how to test them with our bed. After sleeping for three days with her recommendation, we feel like we did when we first bought the bed. It is a wonderful product and the staff is amazing."

"DONT DO IT! This mattress feels like a cheap air bed. They sent me a foam pad to slap on top bc I wanted to return, however that slips off if you adjust the bed in any way, not to mention if you move while sleeping. My base is not returnable, I have the one with the light and foot warmer. So what am I supposed to do??? 8,000 down the drain and stuck with an uncomfortable bed. This has caused the separation of my spouse and I. The store female rep. Never mentioned the no returns on the base and they will charge you restocking and shipping return. Again, save yourself from this. This has been hell."

"We wanted to get information for the bed we were interested in. There was one sales associate busy with a couple and what seemed to be a receptionist. They asked us to wait and we did. However, We did "self service" and left. Got home, did my research and placed the order. And since we didn't get the service we expected, If we don't like the bed we'll return it. We have 100 days to do so. If you want to go and stand around waiting good luck. Store Visit was a waste of time!"
