"RV South gets more than a Five Star review from us as our as our hot water heater died on us after 13 years. We ordered the same one it arrived with in a couple days. Called RV South the owner came out three days later at night. He wasted know time removing the old heater and prepping the new one for installation he was very personable and professional he explained what he was doing from beginning to end when completed he tested the unit for leaks and tested it worked on electric and gas. He cleaned all areas just before he left. Texted us the next day to see if all was well. We will use RV South again when needed. Will recommend them to anyone all day long. Thank you RV South."

It is very difficult to find a technician that is willing and has the ability to work on vintage equipment. "So thankful for Chris! We were getting ready to leave Naples in a couple of days and had not been able to fix our problems ourselves. We made the call and were lucky enough that he could come to us the next day. We had an inverter that was not working and an a/c unit the was tripping the breaker instead of turning on. He came out and fixed both problems for us in a couple of hours. He is a very polite and kind man and was happy to answer any questions that we had (we had many, we're new to the RV community). He also called later in the day to make sure that everything was running as smoothly as when he left. I guarantee that if we ever need service while in the area again, Chris will be the guy we call.
