"I swear EVERY TIME I come here there is a problem with servicing my car. They put the wrong rims for new tires. They didn't get my online appointments made through the app because they apparently only take phono appointments. And today they said their tire sensor programmer isn't working when i went to go put new tires and rims on my car. I will never come back here again."

"I typically refer to Firestone for all of my car maintenance needs, and this time around Terrance was especially great during the process replacing my flat tire on very short notice (I stopped by without an appointment). He was incredibly patient, helpful, and informative and I couldn't recommend him/this location enough!"

"When I came in and ordered the tires the guy was very friendly and had great customer service but when I returned to get the tires put on my vehicle customer service was horrible and the appearance of the store was terrible floors windows and floors were extremely dirty. I understand this is a tire shop but I worked at a Firestone for 3 years and would have never expected to see this. I’m guessing it must be common practice to leave the shop and spin the new tires because I witnessed this by one of the guys behind the counter that waited on me and also the guy that installed my tires in my vehicle. He even spun the tires in my vehicle me nor my wife drive our vehicles in this manner and would have never expected Firestone to have."

"Second time dealing with these people. First time tried to get a quote for a repair that they diagnosed. Bugged them for nearly a week. No quote. Second time was walk in, had a flat right in front of their shop, road hazard on my Firestone tires, perfect right? Walk into the lobby, one dude sitting and watching TV and no one else there. Perfect. Nope...dude watching TV is apparently employed there, tells me he's too busy can't do it today. Guess it was a good show on. So I asked if he could call or let me call another Firestone to see if they could take me today to plug the screw hole in the dead center tread of my tire, off the car, because no cell service at that location. He said I can use the phone, but told me he wouldn't look up the number of another Firestone location for me. I was excited when this place opened because the area is very under served for automotive service, but this isn't helpful. I'm done with them. Had great experiences nearly 100% of the time at nearly every Firestone location and have been a life-long customer, but I'm never coming back to this one, despite being the closest to my home. Opportunity wasted by poor management and unprofessional staff. Too bad."

"I came in last week and payed for the Car Care Package which included 6 different check ups. I was greeted by Sue, who frankly did not seem to want to be there. She voiced her opinion and said this package was a rip off for the guys, to do a tire rotation because it’s such hard task to do. I was called about 30min later that my car was ready, which I was surprised by how soon it was since 6 different things were supposed to get done. When I dropped my car off, the low tire pressure light was on. When I picked it up, it was still on which I later found out that the technician (Chris) never even put air in my tire or the washer fluid top-off, which was all apart of the deal. At this point I’m not even sure if they did the tire rotation in general or checked out my car. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Firestone."
