"I brought in two cars for oil changes and Arthur was outstanding at communicating with me. My service was handled professionally. When a small change in timing was needed to accommodate my TRX, Arthur called me immediately and updated me on the change. Excellent overall experience."
"outstanding service! Arthur was extremely helpful while I was shopping for tires. I didn’t wait long hours like most typical tire places. I will definitely keep coming back !!! Ask for Arthur for your next service"
"I RARELY write reviews but feel the necessity to share my recent experience at this store. This 3 stars is because I can't fault the tire installation but would give 0 stars for honesty and service. I had a tire blowout and had my vehicle towed to this location as I have been using them for many years, over 10 different vehicles 10+ years. Mostly tires and oil changes they once even installed an exhaust I had purchased online. Everything to this point led me to believe there would be no issue with this service. First they had tires in stock, a Chinese brand but rather than wait for a 'name brand' I relied on guy at counters recommendation they were good tires - they appear to be so so I have no complaint there. I brought it in on a Saturday morning and it was on lift before my wife even picked me up and was told 'a couple of hours'. By 4:45 I had not received a call so I called them and was told it was done - no mention of anything needed at that time. It was too late to get it so I got dropped off the following afternoon and was asked 'did I not get the call' - I had not received any call and the same counter guy tells me by brakes are 'metal on metal' so much so he doesn't want to let me leave. I asked - rotors bad too and he said yes it all needed to be replaced and gave me a quote for 4 rotors and pads replacement. I told him I would drive it home and park it while I figured out what I was going to do. I haven't owned vehicle long but it was in a limo fleet previously and thought it odd maintenance would be let go that long, but I brought it home and parked it as I said. I then went to take a pair of shoes and socks of passenger floor and noticed they were soaked, as was the carpet and a rag in door pocket too - someone had left window open, that Saturday was 3-4" of rain so the seat and dash must have also got soaked but they wiped that down and never mentioned anything, I suspect that's why I didn't get call after 'a couple of hours' as they hoped it would dry out - I mean who does that, if I hadn't noticed and put damp rid on floor while I parked the vehicle it may have taken ages to dry and got musty and mildewy too. But the even worse dishonesty was the 'need all 4 brakes and rotors'. Rather than have it looked at again I figured even if he was 'exaggerating' I would do a full brake job anyway, so I ordered rotors and pads and the following weekend pulled the front into my garage to replace the front brakes. The rotors looked really good but i continued taking it apart and when I pulled the pads they were virtually brand new. I was not a little annoyed at this point as I had difficulty removing wheels because they had over tightened nuts (imagine no torque wrench was used at all). I put it all back together and thought let me just be sure and pull the back wheel and see. This time the pad was fairly worn down, but again rotor in great shape, so I ended up replacing just rear pads, I now have rotors and front pads in storage for who knows how long until I need them. Had I agreed they would have replaced 4 perfectly good rotors and 2 virtually new pads - or maybe they would have just done back pads and charged me for all the work regardless, either way they were ready and willing to charge me over $1200 for work that wasn't required. I'm annoyed I bought the full tire warranty but if I ever do have an issue I will never bring it to this store and go to another branch instead. I feel thoroughly disgusted that they were looking to do this and annoyed I spent a bunch of money on parts I didn't need, but at least I still have the parts and am not out $1200. I don't know if this is the new 'company culture' but if it is steer clear of Tuffy now Mavis or at least the Vanderbilt store."
"I went into the shop to get a wheel alignment. I waited there for 5+ hours and called several times to see if they had finished with my car. When they were finally “finished” with my car, they replaced my battery with a new one. Supposedly my battery had died on the rack and instead of discussing it with me beforehand, they removed my old battery and tried to make me pay for a new one. When they had called me about how they replaced my battery. I told them to immediately put on my old battery because I have not had problems with it before. When I got to the shop, my car battery had been changed to the old one. I turned on my car and it was perfectly fine. They just wanted my money."
"DO NOT under any circumstances bring your vehicle to this business. Seven weeks ago I had four new tires put on my car. Luckily, I took pictures of my wheels before my appointment because they were significantly scratched during the tire replacement and balancing process. I immediately brought this up to the store manager and he agreed that they had been damaged during my appointment. Seven weeks later, I’m still waiting for my wheels to be replaced. The store manager is rarely at work and has stopped responding to any of my attempts to communicate with him. I had a confirmed appointment this morning to have them replaced and after waiting for an hour and a half I was told they don’t even have my wheels in yet. I have never had such a bad experience at any other business in Naples. What a disappointment. Don’t waste your money. UPDATE 1/3/23: nine weeks later I got four new wheels put on my car. It was a very long process which I certainly wish I didn’t have to deal with, but I am grateful the store manager was eventually able to get approval from upper management to do the right thing and get my wheels replaced. I never heard from the district manager despite multiple voicemails and contacting their consumer solutions department twice. In the end, it was the store manager who was able to get them replaced."
