"3 days ago I turned on the hazard lights and left the car. With the engine turned off, the car stood for approximately 40 45 minutes after which I could not start the engine because the battery was dead. I have a warranty on the battery that lasts until December 26 23. I went to Autozon to replace the battery under warranty, which was denied to me by an auto ozone employee. He told me that I have a bad generator; it does not charge the battery. After that, I decided to go to Advancs Auto Parts and asked the employees of this company for help to check my battery, he checked and said that my battery was out of order and needed to be replaced, that is, buy a new one. "The store manager Rogelio is awesome and saved the day! I got to the store after it closed early due to staffing shortages. He saw us while he was already on his way home turned around in his car and asked if there was something we needed help with after we explained we were visiting from out of town and had a dead battery he immediately got on the phone and got me set up to get the battery from another Advance Auto Parts that was close by and still open. This was a big deal as I had an appointment early in the morning the next day and would not have had time to get the battery and make the appointment in the morning.
