"I was asked to pay $1102.29 to replace a 3 year old battery on my 2015 Mazda 3. The breakdown $698.83 to install the battery and $179.95 for recalibration. Additional fees for hazardous disposal $39.68 plus tax of $83.88. I walked out and went to another dealership and had all that done for $425 with the prorated 5 year warranty on the battery after 3 year. When I spoke with the manager he told me to be my own advocate which I did by providing them with invoice that the battery was one month and ten days over the full replacement warranty. They never prorated the battery but after the fact they went ahead sent me an estimate and now the recalibration of the battery is recommended but not really needed. If as the manager said you can't be your own advocate don't do business with them ."

"Very courteous & respectful! The reason for 3 stars are 2 reasons. #1..No detailed invoice. #2..Didn't clean my vehicle afterwards. I've always prided myself about Mazda and their quality of products and care for my car when getting service. Back to my normal Mazda dealer in Clearwater that 40+ miles will be worth it."

"I would give them zero stars if I could. Will not buy a new mazda in the future since this is the only dealership in the area. Extreme wait times and never follow through with what they say they are going to do. The past two times I took my car in for service my car was returned still unclean and I vacuumed. If they are skimping on something so simple what else are they neglecting. Do not trust them with my service. Received a loaner vehicle and returned it with 15 miles less than I received it. I was charged $11.44. I was getting over 30mpg while driving the 15 miles. I inquired about this and was told they charge $5.?? per gallon. Obviously this math does not add up and they will pinch pennies and rip you off wherever they can."

"Had fog lights installed, I arrived at 7:30 am my car was done at 9:30 am went to pay and they were charging me 3 hours of labor, you were not even open 3 hours!!!! if I had not been waiting for my car I would have been stuck paying the extra $160, Still got charged for 2 hours for a 1 hour job, also was charged $30 for supplies when asked WHAT supplies he said clips and stuff which is funny because I had to go back out the next day for 2 missing clips. This is shady and not good business. You will never get another dime from me."
