"I myself have used this branch in the past. My ex currently has a lease with them. However... I keep getting repeated visits from them as he used this address for the lease. It's not a problem, I understand they need to do their job etc... what I do have a problem with is them leaving the "We came by" note STUCK TO MY FRONT DOOR. I called the other day spoke to the manager, who promised it would not happened again. Meanwhile, by the look of my door, it has happened repeatedly (I can not attach a photo). I contacted corporate to make an official complaint. Not only that, when I did call to complain about my door, now the manager has called me several times looking for my ex. I did not give them permission to contact me whatsoever."
