"Leaving a 2 because my furniture is nice and the rep who sold it to me was nice but the customer service after purchasing is beyond horrible. Not sure if it’s a new manager but this use to be a better store in Bartow compared to other furniture stores locally. The manager doesn’t return phone calls I literally had to call corporate because of the lack of caring and bad customer service. My furniture date was missed three times and one was a no call no shows which is again beyond horrible customer service. I understand it’s covid but originally ordered in April waited til June the expected date and didn’t get til months after. With corporate involved I finally got a response but I still had to ask for compensation from the 3 days I spent waiting on furniture and all I asked was the shipping be removed. Well now I get first bill and guess what! I still have shipping charges. Called for the manager of course he’s never there when I call and he didn’t return my call so I waited 4 days called back and a rep had to tell me it’s getting fixed. You would think after all the issues the manger would have at least called and apologized but nope just decided a customer isn’t worth a 5 sec call."
