They sell appliances at their shop so he tells me if I want to look at some of theirs they will Apply my service charge to it. Don't like that think its all planned."

"Update…. When you work in the field that I do, you deal with realtors mortgage brokers and many clients on a daily basis. Word of mouth is a powerful thing. All I did was mention your companies name to find out you guys have done this to other people as well. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Guys please avoid going to this place worst experience ever and I’ve heard from a handful of my colleagues and customers say the same thing happened to them. Ridiculous. They will set up your appointment for you and still show up whenever they feel like it and god forbid your not there at the time that’s not your appointment they’ll call you a liar abs state you confirmed the appointment abs charge you a cancellation fee. And please save saying that it was my property management company because these customers of yours I’ve spoke to were charged as well. Or threatened to be charge. Don’t set appointments just tell people to be home all day that you’ll show up whenever you feel like it. Absolutely the worst place ever! My property manager had this company call me to set me up an appointment the lady called me and I choose and appointment from 1-3 as both me and my husband work all day. I asked for time off at work to make the appointment. They show up at my house at 11 saying that was my appointment and we weren’t home to make the appointment and charged me 50$ when they messed up my appointment and I was told 1-3! Worst place ever! And they think they can get away with it! Don’t use them! It was never confirmed I was called the day of told he was at my house I don’t schedule appointments before 12 so I know for a fact it wasn’t that’s fine! I was told 1-3! I put it on my schedule at work. I’ve called Sunbiz and put in a complain on Mr.joseph Cain. And I’ll keep putting in complaints till others don’t use you."
