"I’m a regular at this store. I visit the store several times a day. It’s a pretty nice store and it’s always very clean, but the employees are sometimes not so friendly! They can sometimes be rude and very impatient with customers and with each other. I’ve witnessed the tall skinny early morning maintenance guy that drives the golf cart be very disgruntled at customers and employees at time. I’ve even seen this same employee at the store when he’s out of uniform being disgruntled at other employees. It’s not all of the time, but sometimes. I don’t know if he’s coming to work drunk or if he’s just having a really bad day. Either way it makes the visit very unpleasant when you have to come in to an environment like this. It’s not professional or welcoming at all."

"I'm impressed with the turnaround the GM is making at this location. I arrived at 2200, and found that the reserved spots were occupied. However, I had paid for a spot using the Pilot App. I notified a Pilot employee about the situation. Within minutes, the manager was outside checking parking receipts! 2 spots were vacated and I was able to park. This PTC is making an attempt to be better, lot is clean, store is clean, and maintenance issues are being handled.( There was an issue with restrooms and showers, but repairs were being made at midnight.)"

"1-24 the early morning hrs the 2 employees working each get a star they are very nice n helpful. Especially the guy that cleans the showers. He's great at his job, but u can only do so much when the showers have mold from bad venting. They really need to be re-done. Pilot should be ashamed to allow anyone to shower there. Our towels, clothing, n bags were all wet from not having proper venting. The fan is a disgusting joke. My husband slipped cuz the floors n walls were wet. We were sweaty just trying to get dressed. I couldn't get the moldy smell out of my nose once we left. I get it. We live on the road n have been in some bad ones but never have been so disgusted that we will NEVER stop n shower there again. This has to be some kind of health code violation!!"

"Made multiple purchases from store ,ordered from Arby's. Took a nap after driving for 6 hrs awoken to employees banging on my window saying I can't stay there. Had to drive an hr to another pilot to rest . There was hardly anyone in the parking lot was 3:30pm on a monday"

"I was there for an interview today, ( 11/30). It went rather well. They have an Arby's restaurant in there as well as a retail store where you can buy all kinds of different things. It's really a very good place to visit as well as getting something to eat for snacks etc. They really have all kinds of things to eat, like burgers an pizza, by the whole pie or a slice. They have prepackaged sandwiches, salads, an all kinds of drinks to keep you hydrated."
