"I have been looking for a particular dining table and decided to check it out. They have a lot of choices. The 2 people working there were not particularly helpful. Every time I found something I liked, I had to hunt them down. I was the only customer in the shop. They didn't tell me much about anything. When I found one dining set I liked, they told me I was in the clearance section, the piece I liked had been in the same spot over 4 years (since before they worked there), no returns on clearance and they wouldn't tell me if anything was wrong with it. I walked around by myself, and when I began to ask questions they informed me they were closed. I was there almost 2 hours. So no, I didn't get to buy anything. I learned nothing about their store. They were in their cars and out of the parking lot before I was! They had a lot of floor space and sold dining tables, pool tables, and bars. They weren't cheap. I was there to buy something that day, which couldn't happen because I redirected no service. Now I know."

"Went to buy some stools for our counter and found ones we loved with a $200 price tag. They offered for us to take the floor mode home and see if it matched our home which we greatly appreciated! We wanted 3 chairs and got a call 2 days later that they had two more of those chairs coming in so we could just keep the floor model and ave ourselves a trip. I said I didn’t want a floor model unless it was discounted and the salesperson said “they are brand new”. Told them guess I’m only buying two chairs then and they called back an hour later and said they found 3 new ones in the back! It was a “mistake” pretty scammy if you ask me. That’s not even the worst part. When I go to buy the chairs they claims the price is $220. I called my fiancé up to confirm I wasn’t crazy and the salespeople started gas lighting us. They claimed that was the price the whole time. I’m not someone to try and steal money from hard working people pockets so I wouldn’t go into a store and makeup a price! Yesterday my fiancé noticed that two of the chairs are missing gaskets around the ball bearings that allow the chair to spin. I’ve learned my lesson to take pictures and also DO NOT shop here. I will be willing to update this review if someone contacts me about the experience AND fixed these damn chairs."

She is also knowledgeable and has a good sense of style. We were able to take home different stools until we found the one that fit best. Great experience"

"They have to best selection of bar stools in the country. We searched for months to find the perfect stool and no one had it. Then we finally found Dinettes Unlimited. They had a huge selection in their store and we were able to custom order after trying out each stool. The sales staff was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this store to everyone."
