"Let me start off by saying the customer service here is top notch. I bought a washer for a really good price on 1/13/2024 and it was delivered on 1/15/2014 it did cost 60 dollars to be delivered which was a bit high but still cheaper then a new washer when I walked in the young lady and older lady were very welcoming and polite they answered any questions I had about the washer and showed me different ones they had that fit my needs. Unfortunately when the washer was delivered it did not work but they sent a tech out immediately the next day and they had to order a part at no cost to me. He returned othe following Friday but it was the wrong part which was a little irrating at first but mistakes happen he then came back on 1/22/2024 and fixed the washer and it's running great the delivery men and the service tech were amazing they respected my home as if it was their own they cleaned up any mess they made and put things back with out being asked to. I highly reccomend them for used appliances They actually fix issues if one should arise."
"I bought a washer this week and had it delivered. We are putting in a laundry room this weekend! I bought a refrigerator a few months ago and a ceiling light that had four halogen bulbs & side places for another small garage needs. I know everything is used & they try their best to make them brand new again. Nobody wants to pay for a delivery fee... that's life though! For $60 they deliver it when I needed it, they hook up anything I buy to make sure it is working and the 30-day warranty is that extra promise that they are gonna stand by their sale! My next purchases will be a stove and then a living room set! This isn't my best-case scenario in life to buy used but for now, I am happy to buy the things I need and pay for them outright!"
