"Want to warn others so they know. This company is very friendly and the customer service is good. However, I was quoted $129 on the phone for them to come out to look at me refrigerator. Nothing was done other than the tech seeing what was wrong. (the recommendation was replace the fridge) he then says the total is $173...I of course questioned it. He said it was for his "labor" but he did not do any repairs. Wouldn't this so called labor of diagnostics be part of the $129 service fee. He let me know the $129 is just for them to drive out once they arrive the bill increases. This is something that needs to be informed upfront not at the time of service. I have had plenty of service calls in my life and none add to the service call charge when nothing was done. The only time it has ever been increased is if there is a repair done. I just want others to beware so they can be prepared. It's a bit much to pay $50 in addition to the original fee for 15 minute of them being here and no resolution. Unfortunately I do not trust them to use them again."

"I just joined in July 2023. I have had 3 Home Tech Reps out to our house. Every time their service has been outstanding. They are so professional and thorough. A special shout out to Joshua Jenkins who is an absolutely phenomenal employee who took the time to explain everything to us."

"I would like to let everyone know that I had such a positive experience calling Home-Tech the other day. I spoke with Amanda Pyles in customer service and was very pleased with my experience. She was very helpful and made sure I understood what the prices are and also told me about the Service Agreements that are offered. My AC ended up being off because the batteries needed to be changed in my thermostat. Amanda even suggested that I change them. When I did the AC came back on. Thanks Amanda and Home Tech!"
