"The new self checkouts are in place and no one wants or is willing to use them. Only one person to assist at the front. Ridiculous that in this senior community you would think this is a reasonable idea. I waited over two hours for a customer pickup order consisting of one frame. I went to the store because I was in the area. After over 20 additional minutes, I approached the woman picking orders. She thought it appropriate to have me wait the additional 20 minutes while she picked all pending orders and then she had the incorrect frame in her cart! I went to the back, picked up the frame and took it to self checkout. This is absolutely the last item I will purchase from Michael’s."
"I always forget to do a review on this location. I have been shopping here for 8 years and have always enjoyed purchasing "decorative" boxes. This is one of my mother's favorite craft stores to shop at (she loves the yarn here). They always have great deals on their display/shadow boxes. Plus their holiday merchandise is always great to look through. I'm going to post some random pictures I took the other day."

"Seriously Michaels! I did an online pick up order for this store for 4 blank shirts. Picked it up and got home to craft and they sold me a stirt that has been cut . Not once but twice all the way threw the front and back. But they were nice enough to put a note, " Grey T-shirt has cut in the side. WTH!"
