"If you can’t find what you want here, you probably don’t need it. They carry just about everything hardware related and some. Prices are more than big box stores but they offer service, which is worth it in the end. Nothing I hate more than wandering around an enormous store and not finding anyone to help me. You will always be either greeted by someone who asks you if they can help or easily find assistance."
"This hardware store has amazing staff whom are all very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and helpful. They even have a greeter who will direct you to the aisle for whatever you are looking for. In the age of Post Covid customer service averages, this store sets an example of what customer service can and should be. I go to this store FIRST for everything just because it’s such a pleasant shopping experience. Well done to the staff and owners!!! They deserve a 10 rating."
"Had a sidewinder chip key made for my truck. The gentleman who made the key and spent 30 minutes in my truck programing it was great. Really appreciate his time and good service! ACE saved me over $50 versus buying key from Chevrolet dealership. You can count on good service at ACE!"
"I love this store........ This part is for Crowder's. They have gorgeous gifts here and this is the only store where I can find my favourite candles, Tyler Candles. They're really fantastic. The staff are friendly here and there is always lots of lovely things to mooch about and covet. Recommended. Ace............. It's a lovely store. The people working here are so friendly and helpful. They always have what I am looking for. Recommended."
