"It only got 2 stars bc it's easy to rent but once you do OMG the cs sucks. If you are 1 day late they and I mean every employee will call you multiple times a day everyday until you pay.. even if you talk to every employee they will still call everyday after. I got 6 month plan and I have neve been more than a few days late they called everyday AND my purchase was less than 600$ not even $1000+. I only have 2 payments left and they still call. WORST SERVICE EVER...I WILL NEVER RENT HERE AGAIN. harassment at its best"

"2 stars for customer service, delivery and payments. Placed my order and set up a delivery date, cleared my schedule to be home, then I was called and they said my bed won’t be delivered for two weeks, but yet I still have to make payments. Payments on something I’ve not even received. I made my initial $10 payment to cover my first week and now I have to just wait and keep paying until they can get around to delivering my furniture two weeks from now. Customer service was zero help and just wanted to keep talking over me while I was talking. Zero concern for nature of the situation. Don’t tell me the delivery date and time and then all the sudden, tell me you can’t deliver during the time and date you gave me."
