"We moved to a 2-bedroom apartment and had to furnish it entirely. We brought our dining table with 6 chairs, which we love, and acquired a TV stand and sofa for the living room. The sofa and other furniture were said to be from Italy, but disappointingly, we had to replace the sofa foam within just 3 months. For the second bedroom, we invested in a queen bed set. The chosen bed frame, though expensive, turned out to be problematic. Upon ordering, we were informed that the selected model wasn't available, and after choosing an alternative from provided pictures, we never received the promised price information. Consequently, we ended up with a poor-quality queen frame. Regrettably, our experience with this store's after-sales customer service was subpar, and based on these issues, I wouldn't recommend purchasing from them."
