I was told that he was currently on another job, and that I would receive a call back at 4pm to confirm an estimated time of arrival. After never receiving a follow up call, I figured that there was something that came up so I waited almost 3 hours for someone to arrive. Ultimately no one showed up, and I never received any sort of communication stating if someone could make it out to me, or if I had to reschedule my appointment for another time."
