"Do not recommend. Short version: Beds not impressive, sales person rude. We were really not impressed by any of the beds, especially given their price point. We tried a couple, and I pointed out that I could not feel much of a difference when the saleswoman changed the number. Even though the saleswoman tried to force an immediate sale, I asked to try a third bed. Then she said to my husband “does she ever make you want to kill her, too?” And laughed. I know she was ‘joking’ but that is definitely not an appropriate thing to say to a customer. We had only been there maybe 10 minutes, and this is an expensive purchase that will be with you for years, so I think it was fair for me to want to try a third bed. Needless to say, given the rude salesperson and the lackluster beds, we headed over to MattressFirm and bought a bed there instead."

"On original visit we decided that the prices were far too high. (Read thru) We ordered a bed online. Arrived damaged with incorrect mattress. Trying to communicate with (every) furniture store via chat was just as disappointing. Out of 7 stores not one rep ever answered my question. Went to one store and found a complete lack of communication, knowledge and interest in our business. And that prices were high. As we left the store my wife received a response from the salesperson at Sleep Number stating she would work with us on price and shipping cost. They were already closed but she said she would wait for us as we were only a few blocks away. Net-net, we purchased the Sleep Number bed because of their willingness to work with us and get to a price point we could accept."

"We've owned a Sleep Number bed for over 20 years. In fact We've purchased 4 different beds during that time frame for our family. When we travel I can't wait to get back to my bed. Amazing nights sleep and oh the foot warmers in the winter time. How did we ever get along without them. Some say they are too expensive. I say divide the cost over the life expectancy of the bed. Comes in really cheap for a good night's rest. Be sure and check them out. Tell them I sent you. You will thank me later."

"So sales person Jay was extremely knowledgeable. The I8 was a dream bed with it's features and comfort. We DID NOT purchase the bed. WHY??? We were adamant about the delivery date!!! He exceeded it by 2 months. Said we couldn't get to April we needed it Feb 11."
