"By far worst customer service, bought a fuel pump on May 29th because I wanted oem pump for my tractor. Well it started giving me problems so thought it would have minimum 1 year warranty, called before I got there and they acted like under warranty until I show up to pick up part. So it's basically 16 days out of there 6 month warranty and told me no help. Guess I should have went with Amazon part instead of buying local. Lesson learned...."

I visited on 7/30/22 and talked with the service writer explaining I have a JD790 I just purchased used and could they pick it up (13 miles away) and perform at least all the 500 hour service. Yes he said, and quoted a price all in of around $800. Good so far. Emailed service manager Shawn with instructions, directions and pictures 8/3/22 and will await response. 5 stars so far!"
