"Doesn't deserve the one star solely because of the salesgirl Nicki. I have had the ears pierced there before and had a great experience. Nicki had a really bad attitude. Told her I wanted long posts because of the size of my ears plus easier for me to remove. I had trouble filling in the laptop. She acted like I was bothering her. Then when I mentioned the long posts she said she had put in for the short ones."
