"I booked an appointment with Val for my first Brazilian wax in several years after receiving a gift card from a friend for the service. The booking process was very easy and I was able to choose the date and time that worked best for me. A few days after booking, I was contacted by the store to confirm that I was available to make my appointment, which I appreciated greatly, since I can be a bit forgetful. The day of my appointment, I had a great experience start to finish. Val does a fantastic job and is very knowledgeable about her craft.
