"I visited the store during the weekend when, according to their online information and the store hours posted on their door, they should have been open. However, I arrived to find it closed. I tried contacting them by calling the number listed on the store door and even searched for an alternative number on Google, but my repeated attempts went unanswered. Without experiencing their services firsthand, their unprofessional approach in maintaining store hours and responsiveness has dissuaded me from making another trip there, saving me both time and fuel."

"Good value and friendly service. They delivered a whole couch for $50 delivery fee, so I got a couch in perfectly fine condition delivered 20min away for under $200 total. Can't usually beat that on OfferUp or anywhere else. My only complaint is that they put a price sticker right on the middle of the main couch pillow and it took a lot of GooGone to get out all the sticker residue. So if anyone from Mr. T's reads this, stop doing that. Use a different type of price tag that doesn't damage the item."
