"Here is the story. I got up yesterday morning to start my car. I said, oh no, it is the battery. I went to the local parts store and they said, no, it is the alternator and it will cost $500. The nice gentleman sent me here because hint hint they are half price. They did another diagnostic test and found it was indeed my battery. I bought my battery and was on my way. "Called for a quote to rebuild a starter. Tried selling a rebuilt one for $299. Rebuild it there for $250. OUCH Being we just got hung up with the manufacturer, priced at $219 brand new, trying to support a local business by calling here. We love supporting local businesses but when prices are gouged like this, come on... let's be reasonable. They are online for $83. This is ridiculous. Went from friendly to snide/rude as soon as I brought up the price gouging. Be fair with people and people will be fair with you."
