"My boss went to pick up her jewelery after repair, unfortunately the jeweler could not locate the pieces. They called later that afternoon and said they located it. My boss sent me a picture of the receipt and asked if I could pick up her pieces the next day. I arrived at 11am, the time shown on their website. They were closed but an individual came to the door at 11:10 and told me through the door I had to come back in 10-30 minutes, she was running late. I personally feel this is very unprofessional service from a business. They did require the receipt in hand, which I understood. But, overall poor experience."

We weren't originally communicated with much in the beginning but felt much better once we spoke with Sam. Sam is detail oriented, kind & so helpful. While there was an issue with communication with scheduling, when we paid for the ring before the sizing started, Sana gave us a discount since we needed 3 rings re-sized and we appreciate that so much.
