"I would not recommend this place to anyone. I recently retired and moved to Winter Haven, so I don't really have a stylist yet. So when she gave me an appointment , I was happy that she could get me in before my holiday. I went in for a cut and color. Just color on my root. The hairdresser left that dye on my hair for an hour and forty five minutes! She also covered my entire head! I showed her a picture of the hair do that I wanted. She said she could do it no problem. She chopped my hair so badly. I was going to see family in NJ for Thanksgiving and had to get my old hairdresserto try and fix it. Unfortunately you can't put hair where there is none!. I bled dye out of my hair for 3 to 4 weeks. It ruined my pillow cases. The pillow cases in the hotel we stayed at! I just can't believe that she left me sitting with the dye my hair for so very. After she chopped my hair she said that she couldnt blow dry it because she had carpel tunnel! She used a flat iron and a LOT of.product! I asked her how much the charge was. She told me a $180! Then when I gave her my card she wanted to know how much her tip would be! I looked at her and I said I don't know. $30. She actually scoffed at that and said that it took a long time! I should have then said no, you get no tip. There was no price list either! It was an awful experience.. I can't believe it. I'm still in shock! Still growing out my hair too! The girl that tried to fix it said that I had pieces of hair in the back of my head that were only 1/4 Inch long! I would like to sue her but I don't need the aggravation."

"Marcia was amazing! My hair was super long (like down to my butt) and i wanted to chop a good amount off. Marcia took her time and cut a little bit off at a time so i could decide exactly where i wanted it. She knew it was a drastic change and wanted to make sure i loved it! And i do ! She told me at the start "you wont leave here without a smile" and she was absolutley right. I was so nervous going, im very picky about my hair and she did great. Will definitely be going back."

"This is the best salon in town! I am very particular when it comes to my hair and who does it and my eyebrows, but when I came here I stopped worrying. The ladies there are so kind and welcoming and always give you a good laugh. Marcia is my go to, she always takes good care of my hair, keeping me up to date with highlights, colors, treatments, and trends. P.S. I love my Fairy Hair strands! Honestly I don't have any negative comments, I'm always pleased when I leave the salon. I highly recommend!"
