"We experienced black mold during our inspection of selling our home in key largo. We had been renting the home for the past two years and no tenants had told us about the visible mold. Since we live 3 hrs away and stressed of selling the house, we immediately called Bill for help. He was amazing to work with! Met us at the house the day after we called to inspect the situation. He started the work ASAP and assisted with not only removing the mold from the walls but took the air handler out (cleaned and prepped it), took out the damaged bathroom vanity (shopped for a new one and installed it...it was a beautiful choice too!), replaced the water hoses for the washer/dryer, replaced a sink faucet for us, and was always responsive!
