"I Operate an Auto body collision facility in upstate in NY and went down to Key Largo on vacation to buy a boat. I called Steve's and an extremely cheerful and friendly lady answered the phone. I needed help with a trailer hitch and to my surprise she told me to bring it over as soon as I could. As someone in the industry I know how hard it is to navigate repairing vehicles correctly, going back and forth with insurance companies over what they want to pay for, and keeping the customer happy and giving them back their vehicle in pre-loss condition or better. Steve's purposely doesn't have direct repair programs and concentrates on fixing the cars right and charging an extremely fair and honest rate. I got to speak with Steve the owner and staff and left there with my hitch installed and felt like part of the family. If I ever needed something fixed in south Florida or the Keys, I'm going to Steve's . Period"

"After my accident (where I wasn’t at fault) I called this shop because I heard and seen about the good work that they do. I spoke to Steve who advised I come by so they can see the damage. Both hun and Dania were great and informative. They advised me that they can work with the insurance company to handle all the transactions and repairs. I set up a drop off date and got a rental on the same day. Dania even drove me to Enterprise since Enterprise was not able to pick me up. It was a lengthy process (not the shops fault) since my parts were all from factory and some parts were not available right away. State Farm was able to cover the rental the whole time. I got my truck back today and was very pleased with the results. I will recommend you come by and see Steve or Dania if you need any body work or insurance repairs to your vehicle. P.S. they delivered the car to me when it was done which was a big ++++ that I won’t ever forget."
