"When I selected the room it was for a refundable rate, however, after purchasing it changed to a non-refundable rate. The rate amount also changed during my booking process. I called the company and they explained that they use dynamic pricing. So, within the 30 minutes it took me to book, the amount and refundable status changed. When we looked at the price increase, it seemed fair based on switching to refundable status. However, that changed after booking. In the end the cost of the room was more expensive than booking through the hotel directly. We have used this service before with no issues, but this time was very different, maybe it was a glitch in their system."

"Said the total amount of the price on the site - but no where did it state all these extra fees will be added on until after you make the payment in an email they send you. Then it breaks down all the fees. It came out more in price than just booking direct with the hotel. Do not recommend. They claim it was on the summary page all these extra fees, but upon looking when booking and reviewing after it is not on the final payment page. Nobody wants to help in this manner. Update: Spoken to many people and have refused to help. Fees are not shown at check out. Still charged the full amount."

"I got the tickets for admission plus free small popcorn and drink. Was a good deal until I went to use the tickets. I paid an additional $15 in fees to use the tickets when picking seats. Then when I went to use the popcorn and soda vouchers. I had to get a manager involved because they were trying to charge me an additional $5-$8 per item. Luckily, the manager was nice and didn't even use the vouchers because she could not override the fees. Ultimately it would have come out to be more than what the price would have been without going through tickets at work. It was embarrassing and I was treated like I was scamming until the manager who is familiar with the site came around for help. In the end, I saved $7. Next time, I'm just going to pay the extra $7 and go through regal so I will avoid the hassle."

I am compelled to express my dissatisfaction by posting negative reviews daily until a full refund is issued. The company's handling of what is rightfully owed to a customer is abhorrent and lacks fairness. It falls short in providing sensible accommodations, and their repeated use of sympathetic language like "I’m so sorry to hear that" merely masks the prolonged delay in taking corrective action. This company warrants a comprehensive evaluation. The situation is beyond infuriating! Despite readily accepting my hard-earned money, obtaining a refund now seems nearly impossible. I'm seething with anger and intend to bring this matter to the attention of the media by day's end. I refuse to endure endless waiting while the company cites an elusive partner. It's incredulous that there's no internal partnership, and I'm not buying that excuse. The hotel endorsed on Tickets at Work was a blatant misrepresentation. If this ordeal persists, I'm prepared to expose both the substandard hotel and Tickets at Work through various media channels. To escalate matters, I am enlisting the assistance of my relative who is a lawyer. The offered $100 accommodation is an insult compared to the $345 I have invested."
