"Very clean hotel. Pretty lobby. Had a bar. Gift shop. Two pools. Bars by the pool. Cafeteria style food area with lots of different food options. The room was basic but had everything you'd need. Mini fridge. Charging ports by the bed. AC worked great. They have lots of parking. They charge you per night for it. Use you room key to get in and out of the parking lots. They have a complementary shuttle that runs till 1am to bring you to and from universal. With your room they also allow you into the park an hour early. Which is a great plus."
"First time staying in a universal hotel, and from checking in,the staff were very friendly and helpful. And the room itself was very clean and was cleaned every day, and a good choice of food in the restaurant and free shuttle buses to the theme parks and warer park, and running frequently and run till 1.00am when city walk closes. I would recommend this hotel as one of the best universal hotels to stay in, as i enjoyed my stay so much, i have already booked for August 2024."
"This resort is very affordable especially for an on-site property. The 2bedsuite was fantastic and if it was a Disney room it would probably be twice the price. In the morning breakfast was fresh and quick. Loved Dockside."
"Nice pool kept at the ideal temperature. The lounge chairs are clean and comfortable. The same goes for the rest of the pool area. The staff keeps it very clean and well maintained. There are plenty of towels available. There is seating inside the pool perimeter and music plays from underwater speakers. The pool bar is conveniently located near the restrooms and some games like ping pong. The bar staff were great and we enjoyed good conversations. One evening we purchased dinner from the cafe and ate poolside at a few of the many tables available. There was never an issue finding seating or lounge chairs. The pool never felt crowded and there was never an issue with other guests. The life guards are attentive and switched often to keep focus on the water. The pool was standard with no slides and only a few water spouts near the main entrance, but it was the perfect place to relax on a hot, humid, and sunny afternoon."
