"Great wave pool and beach area! My only complaint is that I wish there was more shade, as every chair under an umbrella is in high demand."
"My son and granddaughter went to this park. My son has an artificial arm and was not allowed to go on any of the tube rides because his arm might puncture the tube!!!! Are you kidding me!!!! There isn't any sharp parts on his arm. I could see if it was a danger but it's not!!!! Very disappointed."
"Well, this is very nice indeed. A beach with extremely fine sand surrounds the excellent pool. A pool with great wave machine which goes off with a lot of noise & clapping from lifeguards. The water rides are fun too but I didn't do the big side from volcano's top for 125 meters. Had a great wee Burger & juice at lunch. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone with access to volcano bay to take time out & check it out."

"It’s a beautiful wave pool that’s huge and sits right underneath the big volcano. It’s almost like it’s the center point of the whole park. Waves are big and fun to swim in. Overall a great addition to the center of Volcano Bay."
