"The hotel was at a convenient location, but the cleanliness left much to be desired. The breakfast options were limited, and the quality did not meet my expectations. Additionally, the rooms were not as comfortable as I had hoped, room quality, worn-out furnishings were disappointing. Roaches everywhere making this hotel a bad option to stay. Overall, not the best experience for the price."

"I booked 2 rooms and each room had 2 different reservations. I had cancelled one room all together, thinking we would be ok with just one but later found out that we did need the second room. Diana at the front desk was an absolute all-star in helping me reinstate my second reservation for the second room at the original cost. She really saved my vacation and I can't thank her enough! The rooms were nice and clean, housekeeping was very quiet in the halls, breakfast was a typical continental breakfast and a nice add on. The shower water is HOT, I loved it! Great water pressure too! Overall, I will book here anytime I come out to Orlando. Thanks again Diana and the whole staff for making my vacation stress free!"

"The property definitely could be cleaner, there was a lot of dust in corners of our room. The tub was peeling at bits and the anti-slip mat inside had some grime on it. The safe in our room also wasn't working as someone had put in a code and when I asked the front desk they said they had no way to open it. The free breakfast only consists of cereal, toast, bagels, muffins, and some drinks (coffee/tea/juice). A little barebones but it got the job done. The pool was quite nice, temperature was great and quite clean there were no towels outside and you had to go into the lobby to ask for them but not too big of an issue. The staff and service that we received was amazing, Diana really helped us with any issues that we had. We were able to change our room type and check in early with no fuss and Diana made sure we were well accommodated the entire time. If you aren't too with the dust issue then I would definitely recommend for a budget friendly stay."

"Turned away at the door because they had no vacancy, even though we had a fully paid and reserved a room about a month ago. What’s the point of having a reservation if the hotel is just going to sell the rooms to someone else anyway. Waiting for a refund that is supposedly on the way. If this the the style of management you all are going for, at least have the decency to call incoming guest to let them know the hotel is full. Unbelievable."

"Do NOT stay at this hotel. The pictures do not match what you actually get. We had the worst experience. The floors were bowing from water damage, the elevator smelled like pot. The rooms were dirty, sheets had stains on them and were not changed. The headboards were peeling. When I pulled back the mattress to check for bedbugs, the mattresses were broken, with springs sticking out the sides. We left immediately. I was told I could get a refund, but the Manager had to approve it. I have been calling for 3 days to speak with the manager who is 'never available' and staff are unsure when he'll be in. I never leave reviews, but on this one I did because of how awful it is. I would not stay here even if they paid me. It's gross."
