"So this 40 something year old went to the mall last week and got my ears pierced! I've been wanting to repierce my upper lobe second holes that closed up years ago and was thinking the smart way would be with a tattoo parlor but my procrastination on actually scheduling an appt got the best of me. Had to go to the mall for something last weekend and walked into Icing to peruse, walked out with my ears repierced:-) Holly and Malena were running the show that day and were very helpful, friendly and personable to all who entered the store. Holly did my piercing and was extremely careful in keeping everything clean and sterile and very precise on placement. Holly and Malena both made sure I was well informed on aftercare and 1 week out, I'm healing well:-) I won't go into what I thought an experience at a mall piercing would be like, just know this wasn't it! Highly recommend anyone to go, young and old."

"While I was there with my friends, this short, brunette, hispanic lady would not stop following us around. I never felt comfortable in the store because of this lady and I couldnt look around the store without feeling like I had 50 eyes watching my movements. She made me very uncomfortable and the lady was so incredibly rude whenever I tried to look at something. She wouldnt let my friends or i leave until she knew we had put everything back in its place. I will never go back to this store because of this lady. I felt like I was being profiled for how i look and I was being stalked. Icing cannot be hiring people who are going to profile anyone who walks into the store as dangerous or evil. I am not evil or bad. I am a young girl who was shopping for christmas gifts for my friends. I have no ill intent, I just want to find nice things for my friends. Icing needs to fix this problem with there employees being overbearing to their customers because i know that I am NEVER coming back, nor will my friends. This problem with the lady happened multiple times with different people, so I am not being biased or anything."
