"I think CBS is really too high I can't hardly afford their medicine or their products you got a marked up so high so I give it a one star."

"New motto for them shd be: "Always a hassle"! The only reason it's not 1 star is bc the pharmacy has been good each time I've used them. The store itself is a trap of overpriced dreck not worth navigating the frustrating coupons, app, cashiers, and store policies, which add up to myriad frustrations before even checking out. Once at checkout, more ridiculousness... with the cashier (M, long curly hair) volunteering to ring me up at self-checkout (tho I was in line for register... weird), ringing everything up, screwing it up, deleting the transaction, then redoing it all at the register with nary an apology or anything, just feigned cheerfulness while telling me about all the nearby stores where I could be shopping. Wtaf? Couldn't even apologize for the inconvenience?! Def enforced my resolve to shop elsewhere. CVS as a store is ridiculous anyway in today's world of dollar stores, discount vendors and online home deliveries, so they dig their own grave when hiring people like that. Luckily my 'scripts are quarterly and can be had via drive-thru."

"I wouldn't use this pharmacy, for your medicines. There is a pharmacist there that will abuse and yell at you. His name is Reed and don't deal with him. He will talk nasty to you, very short and doesn't, will not answer any questions you may have. He's a spiteful pharmacist who think he has a lot of power, because he's, just a pharmacist. I never had trouble with this pharmacy unless I deal with Reed. I've been going to this pharmacy for over 30 years and he makes it absolutely miserable to deal with them. He absolutely shocked me by his behavior and made me cry. Enough is enough with this pharmacist and I'm tired of it!! Today is a new day, I have to pick up my medicine and I'm dreading of dealing with Reed. He's working today. I shouldn't feel afraid to go to my pharmacy."
