"They are rude and short you on meds that are controlled substances multiple times and the manager did nothing when I told him. Unhelpful, uncaring, and are pocketing our meds. I've worked for publix and everything about this pharmacy and their attitude is despicable. I get better customer service at fast food restaurants run by teenagers. Retrain or remove this pharmacy staff because they do not represent publix well at all."

"Had multiple scripts that I was picking up for my wife, on a Sunday. They close at 6pm on Sundays. I had just come from Church, raced over there, traffic was heavy (seasonal town), I called ahead told them I was in a crowded parking lot, looking for a spot to park. I literally ran in there at 5:58, and got to the Pharmacy at 5:59., by the time I talked to the pharmacist it just turned 6pm.He told me that I couldn't get my scripts because the register turns off exactly at 6pm. It use to be that you could also pay for your scripts at the customer service desk. But for some reason you can no longer do that. Very poor customer service. I'll be switching over to Walgreens, they are more flexible."

"As someone who has been on both sides of the pharmacy world, as a physician and patient, I have seen things change markedly for the worse, with customer service and assistance in the confusing world of pharmacy and in general with prescription drugs. It is why I feel the need to write how amazing and truly rare it is to have someone like the pharmacist at this store Ron Picking. Ron has been a Godsend and a true revelation in this current crazy climate of over regulation and micromanagement of the entire pharmacopeia. We are in an era of angry and sometimes uncaring, and downright mean and unhelpful, often judgemental pharmacists, who are more concerned with some random guideline than actually helping Human Beings in distress; you know the kind of people who actually need to use a pharmacy. He is one of the most knowledgeable pharmacists I have ever worked with, and yet is the most compassionate as well. He always is eager to help, and is always willing to find solutions to problems that can become serious and dangerous for patients when they can't get their medications. He is meticulous in his stringent adherence to good practice policies, including with the tricky and risk fraught world of administration of controlled substances, but does not blindly turn away needy and legitimate patients. He uses good sound judgement and follows all required precautions, while at the same time being very reasonable when it comes to fixing situations that with many other pharmacist's would either escalate into something dangerous or unnecessarily problematic, and have become increasingly common, making getting necessary medications difficult. Ron is a real and awesome person as well as a great pharmacist and he has truly been an important adjunct in helping people around here in many ways. The whole pharmacy team at this store and at this Publix in general is really wonderful. The other Pharmacist Jessica is also very kind, caring and exceptionally helpful and She and Ron work very well together as a team. Overall, I am a happy customer at this Publix store in addition to the pharmacy, as the employees are always courteous and helpful, and the store is clean, accommodating and well run, making for a great overall experience, despite throngs and multitudes of clueless tourists during season, and incredible crowds due to the proximity to the beach of this particular store,"
