Walmart Pharmacy

"on 7/19/23 As I entered Walmart I bought a Sprite from the vending machine. Within 20 minutes I became sick 3 hours later deathly ill with diarrhea and vomiting throughout the next day. I've never been so sick in my life. Today I feel like a truck hit me and my whole body feels beat up. I'm leaving this review to get Walmart's attention so that they respond as no one answers the phone."

"Just like to share that on numerous visits to this pharmacy it is run perfectly by the manager pharmacist Mr. B Weekley!!! He is outstanding and all runs smoothly with him! There are also several pharmacy techs that are great also. However, I don’t know their names."

"I had to have scripts transferred after moving to Pensacola. It took all day, and 4 phone calls just to make sure they got them after they kept insisting they weren’t getting them. Once they finally confirmed they had them it took them 5 days to get one of my meds. I had a telehealth appointment with my psychiatrist and she prescribed a ADHD med and with it being a controlled substance they refused to fill it based on a loosely enforced policy, I say loosely because another controlled substance was sent in by the same doctor and it was filled. I then called and asked them to fill other scripts from the earlier transfer. Without exaggerating I didn’t get a text notice for 3 weeks. Luckily I was only filling them to get them out of their pharmacy. I only used them maybe 3 different times total and I’m already switching to Publix which does cost more. However sometimes efficiency costs extra."

"Charla is the rudest pharmacy tech I've ever encountered in my life. She goes out of her way to antagonize and has poor communication skills. She obviously feels very secure in her role with Walmart but she is unprofessional and management needs to set her straight already. She always ruins people's day. She has no business working with the public."

"Went in for my covid booster shot and my autistic 5 year old's 1st covid shot. John the pharmacist was very caring and considerate and Samantha went above and beyond in her service. She was able to tell a nervous mom and kept me updated on how dad and the pharmacist were doing with the 5 year old. She was super sweet and a very kind person. She really made me feel better and that is what a pharmacy should do. Well done you guys and thank you again"
