"I had an issue with some stuff I bought in the store, i bought 12 of 1 item because of the promotion they were having (buy 1 get 2 free). The computer scanned 11 items and made be pay for 5. It’s not the employees fault that this happened, they were really nice about and helped me a lot by voiding the transaction and ringing me back up as two separate purchases. The only other issue I had was when I got home I noticed the items were only half filled, so I do suggest you open the scent beads and look inside to see how filled it is. I don’t know if it’s shrink-flation or someone taking additional products, but either way I’d check to make sure you’re your moneys worth."

"This pharmacist working tonight 11/40/2023 is the worst. She is so rude and bitter. no customer service skills whatsoever. And the person that was in front of me and I will never come back to Walgreens."

"Drive on by. Pharmacy is horrific on timeliness. You will wait at least a full day for urgent non narcotic medicines. Never believe them when they say "comeback in hour". You will be dead before you get script filled."

"I asked an associate for a product behind the privacy box, ( I didn’t get her name but she’s probably Korean) she got the soap bar and held the product until we got to the front register. There was another guy at the register who could have checked me out. But instead she insisted to make sure that I would get the product. I was displeased. I wanted to get more items but I was embarrassed knowing the fact that she was just watching me while everyone else there were able to shop comfortably. I come to this Walgreens all the time due to me living close by, And it seems like it will not be anymore. I have family members who works for Walgreens. I’ve worked at Walgreens before and the way she made me feel was very unnecessary. Hire better people."

"the worse customer service, my scripts will go missing and they will argue with you that they never received it even though i am in the walgreens account and i get the texts messages. they have had a couple of pharmacists change because of their poor leadership ability. they all will hang up on someone, the publix worker told me they were even rude to him when they called to get a medication transferred because they were out of stock. i kept calling in my blood pressure medicine to filled and they kept canceling my medication, it took me to threaten to sue to get it filled. i wasn’t able to transfer to another location at the time and i was forced to deal with walgreens. the pharmacists act whatever they want because they are walgreens employees they just contract out their positions. they’re a joke!"
