"Clean store. Major issue is the check out process!!! There are 27 check out lanes and I have never seen more 4 being used. The lines at the checkouts are ridiculous!!! I have walked out without making my purchase and have seen other customers do the same. Add more self checkouts and don't limit the to 10 items!! It takes longer to check out than shop! Is anyone managing this stor????!!!!"
"Target does NOT value its customers- checkout situation STINKS!! With a huge number of customers- in fact expected immediately following Christmas- they had only 3 functional self-checkout registers and ONLY 2 cashier-operated registers out of about 10 available. The lines for all registers were exceptionally long. There is no reason to spend more time waiting in line than shopping."
"The store itself is great! It's the pharmacy that isn't so great. I went to ask the pharmacist a question about a clogged ear. I just wanted to know what product to buy. I stood at the consultation counter for 15 minutes and was ignored the entire time. There were only a couple people in line and it wasn't busy at all. Yet, the whole staff stood behind the counter filling bottles like I wasn't there. When I finally yelled over the counter , one of the workers said " the pharmacist is too busy right now." Not the best customer service skills."
