"Not a big selection of women's shoes or clothes. Just not like how it used to be a couple yrs ago. Ordered on line recently 2 pairs of jeans, they sent the wrong ones and 2 other different sizes than what I ordered. The next day I received the 3rd pair and came with a sensor on. Because the sensor had to be taken to the mall. I returned the 2 pairs and the store did not have my size to exchange. Removed the sensor on third. Jcp just seems to be messed up lately. I came home and ordered my jeans from Kohl's. I have shopped at JCP for over 50 yrs and it sure went down hill last couple yrs. Sorry to see that. Used to love shopping there"

"Went to the hair salon and I tell you. They have the motto, which every business should have. I will not let you out until we service you, not in a bad way, but very good customer service. I am an African-American and never saw myself getting my hair done from their salon. Front Desk personal and manager said “ we do it all now . I had my eyes tinted and I was so very happy and eye lashes installed on point and let me tell you guys I had sew-in and that Danielle, did not disappoint, even the older people who frequent the salon was in shock. Danielle, did a marvelous job to my sew-in….Thank you guys for not allowing me to leave (manager and front desk) with getting everything done in one place and telling me you guys can do the work. The customer service was top notch. Kudos!!!!"
